A small, Alabama family providing high-quality cedar lumber to support the big restoration efforts of an ecosystem.

At Circle V Farm & Lumber located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, our Eastern Red Cedar lumber doesn’t just come from the land- it gives back to it.
Every tree we harvest is part of a carefully managed logging effort rooted in Black Belt Prairie restoration, ensuring that what we take out makes room for something better to grow back.
From that first cut to the finished board in your hands, each order receives our full care and attention. This isn’t your “run of the mill” lumber. It’s wood with history that’s been milled with a mission by people who know every step of the process- and who are commited to you, too.
From arts and crafts to major renovations, customers have used our cedar in incredible ways.

Each project is different, so blanketed process cannot be applied to every order. But here is our general process for getting you quality cedar lumber.

We get to know your project dimensions & specificatins.

We then log trees from west and central Alabama and east Mississippi that will meet your project’s specifications.

Once the right trees have been harvested, we begin milling at our farm in Tuscaloosa County.

When your lumber is ready, it’s time for you to get to work!
